Hasan Ali was born on 7 February 1994 in Ladhe Wala Waraich located in Gujranwala District. He belongs to a Punjabi Jat family of the Malhi clan. Hasan Ali’s father’s name is Abdul Aziz Malhi.
Hasan’s journey into cricket began at a young age, with strong support from his family most importantly his father. He received his early coaching from his elder brothers Ata-ur-Rehman, and Ansar Zafar Rathore.
At the age of 10, he started to get coaching at Rathore’s Young Combine Star Club in Gujranwala. Hasan hard work paid off when he earned a spot in the city’s U16 side by the age of 14.
His cricketing journey started when he made his first-class debut for Sialkot in October 2013. His impressive performance in the National One-Day Cup in 2016 caught the attention of selectors, leading to his international debut for Pakistan in August 2016.
