Cricketer Imam ul Haq was born on December 12, 1995, in a Syed Sunni family in Multan Pakistan. Imam comes from a cricketing family. His uncle is the legendary Pakistani batter Inzamam ul Haq.
Imam’s father, Insaram-ul-Haq, and mother, Farah-ul-Haq, have supported him throughout his journey. He also has a younger brother named, Ahtamad-ul-Haq.
Initially, Imam didn’t want to be a professional cricketer, but his coach, Saud Khan, saw his talent and encouraged him to become a cricketer.
His journey took off when he scored an impressive 200* in the final of the 2016-2017 Quaid-e-Azam Trophy and scored 59* in the 2017-2018 National T20 Cup Final.
In 2017 he was named in the Pakistan Squad for the ODI series against Srilanka. He scored a century on his ODI debut against Srilanka, becoming only the second Pakistani batsman to score a century on his debut.
